On Going Coaching

On Going Coaching follows a monthly subscription model.

The weekly review process is a key part of the On Going program. The process starts with you filling out a google form on Sunday or Monday. It only takes a few minutes.

I review your logs and the form after submission. I then send you a video message and an email on Monday or Tuesday with what recommended actions and options for the upcoming week. These may involve new habits, changes to your calories and/or macronutrients, or your exercise program.

We align on which of these options are best for you and implement.

As the week progresses, I provide encouragement and accountability as you execute the plan.

This coaching is suited for

  • The athlete who needs advice throughout the program, or
  • The athlete who needs either encouragement or accountability on an on going basis.
  • If you have tried and failed in the past, maybe multiple times, you should give On Going Coaching a go.

The cost of On Going Nutrition or Exercise is $150 per month.

The cost of On Going Nutrition and Exercise combined is $250 per month.
