I offer personal training (exercise), nutrition, and habit coaching services:

Exercise

I will lay out cycles every 4 to 8 weeks. The duration of the cycle may vary shorter or longer depending on your goals.

The instructions within the cycle and each workout will be sufficient for you to do these on your own, however, we will review your workouts and comment. We may recommend changing the weights, giving you different rep targets, etc.

Sessions include custom workout & cardio plans based on your level of fitness and your goal. 

Nutrition

I prescribe total calories and macronutrients. That being said, the focus is on calories and protein. It does not matter what you eat as long as you hit those. If you are struggling to hit either calories or protein, I will offer suggestions but not judgement. I do not believe any foods are off limits. You may need to moderate or make intelligent substitutions for some items. Below is an example document that we provide to athletes struggling to meet calories.

Habits

Daily or Weekly Habit targets are included as part of both Nutrition and Exercise coaching. As an example, you will have a daily step target. This will be based on your activity level and ability to monitor steps.

We will set daily habits as necessary to help you move towards your goals. For instance, If you are struggling to hit your daily protein target, you may have a habit to eat at least 90 grams of protein a day, or eat 30 grams of protein at breakfast, or have a 30 gram protein snack mid afternoon.

Each service is personalized to your goals and lifestyle. Let’s be honest. You can find all the information you need to be successful for free on the internet. I provide value by tailoring the programs to fit your unique needs, by providing encouragement and accountability throughout the process, and by making changes as needed to move you towards your goals.

I have packaged these services in several different products to suit your needs. Live, On Going, and On Demand Coaching all utilize Trainerize and include access to the Community Forum, participation in routine Group Challenges, access to the built in Smart Meal Planner, and a Monthly Recipe Pack delivered as a pdf.

Live In Person or Zoom Coaching

These are live in person or Zoom sessions for personal training or for On Demand client action plan development.

On Going Coaching

This is on going monthly coaching for remote personal training, nutrition, or a combination. 

On Demand Coaching

This is a limited coaching option. You pay for coaching as you need it by purchasing a Live Coaching session. There is a small month to month cost to access the Trainerize app.
